Our Shipping Partner
All Serenoil orders are shipped through Bosta, one of Egypt's leading e-commerce delivery services. Bosta covers most cities and governorates across Egypt with reliable tracking and fast delivery.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all governorates within Egypt. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order at Serenoiloils@gmail.com or call 01068941570.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Cairo & Giza
1–2 Days
Other Governorates
2–5 Days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and are borne entirely by the customer. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
Serenoil does not absorb or subsidise shipping costs. The fee shown at checkout is the exact amount charged by Bosta for your delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a Bosta tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the Bosta platform or app.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Serenoil does not cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Bosta will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. In this case, re-delivery shipping fees will apply and must be paid by the customer before we reship the order.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing your order.
